Cinco De Mayo is that time of year Americans celebrate all things Mexico!! The history behind the date commemorates the First Battle of Puebla- a battle between Mexico and France. Yet, the celebration of Cinco De Mayo is not as widespread in Mexico as it is here in the U.S. Nevertheless, let the party continue and do so with mouthwatering Cinco De Mayo recipes and time spent learning about the history and culture of Mexico.
