  • Chocolate Chips: Finish the ice cream with chocolate chips. I use Lily’s Chocolate Chips since they use Stevia.

Step 3: Add the mixture to a loaf pan and smooth it out; place it in the freezer for 4 hours or until it hardens.

Pour the cottage cheese mixture into a freezer-safe containter.

Step 4: Remove the ice cream from the freezer, and let it sit for 30 minutes until you can easily scoop it.
