Horseradish Cream Sauce– This sauce perfectly complements entrees like steak, roast, and grilled chicken. Serve it alongside meat, spread it on bread, or use it as a dip for your favorite vegetables, like our Roasted Potatoes in the Oven.

WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS RECIPE
- Heavy Cream: Whipped heavy cream is the base for our horseradish cream sauce recipe, and it contributes to the light, fluffy texture.
- Sour Cream: Thicken the sauce with tangy sour cream or use full-fat Greek yogurt.
- Horseradish: I use store-bought prepared horseradish out of ease; use as much or as little as you want to cater it to your preference.
- Lemon Juice: Use a splash of lemon juice to balance the creaminess of the sauce.
- Salt + Pepper
