WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS RECIPE

  • Heavy Cream: Whipped heavy cream is the base for our horseradish cream sauce recipe, and it contributes to the light, fluffy texture.
  • Sour Cream: Thicken the sauce with tangy sour cream or use full-fat Greek yogurt.
  • Horseradish: I use store-bought prepared horseradish out of ease; use as much or as little as you want to cater to your preference.
  • Lemon Juice: Use a splash of lemon juice to balance the creaminess of the sauce.
  • Spices: Season the cream sauce with salt and pepper.
