Use horseradish cream sauce to complement meals like ribeye steak, roast, and grilled chicken drumsticks. Serve the sauce alongside meat, spread it onto bread, or drizzle it over your favorite vegetables like roasted potatoes.
Ingredients You’ll Need
- Heavy Cream: Whipped heavy cream is the base for this horseradish cream sauce recipe. It contributes to the light, fluffy texture.
- Sour Cream: Use tangy sour cream or full-fat Greek yogurt to thicken the sauce.
- Horseradish: I use store-bought prepared horseradish to keep it simple. Use as much or as little as you want.
- Lemon Juice: Add a splash of fresh lemon juice to balance the creaminess of the sauce.
