Aloo Keema (Ground Beef and Potatoes)

Our one-pot, homestyle aloo keema is a made with seasoned ground beef and potatoes sautéed in tomato, onion, garlic, ginger, and warm spices.

Add potatoes & cook until they turn golden brown. Set them aside.

In the same pan, fry the onions, garlic, ginger, & chilies.

JAMIL GHAR

Stir in the coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, Kashmiri chili powder, black pepper, kosher salt, & garam masala. Continue cooking for another minute.

Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a meat chopper until finely minced. Cook until brown & heated through for about 10 minutes.

Pour in the tomato puree & simmer for another 10 minutes.

JAMIL GHAR

Stir in the reserved potatoes & add cilantro.
