Best Banana  Bread Recipe

2 cups flour ½ cup white sugar ½ cup brown sugar 1 tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1 stick butter 3-4 small bananas, peeled & cut  3 eggs ⅓ cup yogurt ½ tsp vanilla extract

Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Set aside.

Add softened butter to a separate bowl, & mash it with a fork. Then, add the bananas & combine until the mixture is smooth.

Add the eggs & milk to the butter & banana mixture, & stir until smooth.

Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Do not over mix. Instead, fold the ingredients using a spatula.

Cover the bowl & set it aside for 1 hour at room temperature.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C), then pour the mixture into two prepared loaf pans. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
