Carne Asada Street Tacos

8 cloves garlic 1 jalapeño ½ white onion 2 limes, juiced 1 orange, juiced ¼ cup olive oil 2 tbsp dark soy sauce 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 2 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper,  2 lbs flap steak  1 white onion, 1 bunch cilantro corn tortillas

Open the bag & add flap steak. Seal it, & be sure to cover the steak with the marinade. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Remove the flank steak & discard the excess marinade. Cook the steak on the grill for 7 to 10 minutes per side.

Remove from heat & let it rest for 10 minutes.

Slice the steak against the grain.

Serve in a warm corn tortillas with onion and cilantro.
