Carrot Banana Muffins

Preheat the oven to 350° F. Combine the wet ingredients in a bowl, then add the dry ingredients; stir to combine.

Prepare a muffin tin with liners & divide the batter into the cups using an ice cream scoop, about ⅔ of the way full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove the muffins from the oven & transfer them to a wire rack to cool for 10 minutes.
