AIR FRYER Chicken Parmesan Recipe

Warm olive oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Then, add onions & cook until they soften.

While waiting on the onions, combine the ingredients for Jamaican jerk seasoning.

Stir garlic, tomato paste, salt, pepper, & jerk seasoning into the onions; cook until aromatic.

Crush the tomatoes with your hand over the pan. Simmer for 10 minutes until the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally & set them aside.

Dredge the chicken breasts in flour.

Then the egg mixture.

Finally, press them into the bread crumbs.

Set the air fryer to 350° F (175° C). Work in batches & cook for 6 minutes.

Flip the chicken, & cook for another 6 minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese & cook for 1 minute.
