Pat dry the chicken wings.

Line a baking sheet with foil and set a wire rack onto it. Toss the wings with baking powder, garlic powder, & salt.

Adjust the oven rack to the upper middle position & preheat the oven to 450° F (232° C). Bake the wings for 20 minutes.

Flip the wings & bake for 15-30 minutes. In the last 10 minutes, flip the wings often to ensure both sides turn golden brown.
