Chili  Con Carne Recipe

Warm up with a  bowl of savory, southwest-style chili con carne. Ours is made with hearty beef chuck, black beans, & a tasty combination of chilies.

Blister dried chilies in a Dutch oven over high heat.

Remove the chilies & add them to a food processor along with chicken broth.

Warm oil in a Dutch oven, followed by seasoned beef chuck. Cook until brown.

Add onions to the oil & cook until they become translucent & soften.

JAMIL GHAR

Add the spices & cook for 1-2 minutes.

JAMIL GHAR

Add the reserved meat & chili puree, along with Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, fish sauce, black beans, & tomato paste.

Cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
