Chocolate Protein Muffins
Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Mix the wet ingredients, then add them to the bowl with the dry ingredients & stir to combine. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Fill the muffin liners 3/4 of the way full.
Top with more chocolate chips.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Retrieve the muffins from the oven and immediately remove the muffins from the tin using a fork. Let the muffins cool before serving them.
