Creamy Tortellini Soup

Cook the sausage in an Instant Pot on saute mode.

Add onions & garlic. Cook until the onions become translucent & soften.

Stir in the tomatoes & Worcestershire sauce. Then, season with parsley, oregano, salt, & pepper.

Add the chicken broth & bay leaf. Secure the Instant Pot lid & set it to manual high pressure for 10 minutes with a 10-minute natural release.

Unplug the Instant Pot & let the soup cool some. Then, stir in the tortellini, kale, & heavy cream to serve.
