Warm oil in a skillet. Add onions, red bell pepper, & garlic; cook until the onions soften.

Add the ground beef, & cook until brown & heated through.Then, nestle the potatoes into the mixture.

Stir in the sazon, cumin powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, & tomato paste.

Deglaze with diced tomatoes & red cooking wine. Add the bay leaves & olives. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
