Easy Chicken Crust Pizza

Shredded chicken, parmesan cheese, eggs, and garlic powder are the building blocks for our BBQ chicken crust pizza. It’s protein-loaded and will give you the feel of traditional thin crust pizza without all the carbs!

Preheat the oven to 350° & spread the chicken onto a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the oven & put it in a bowl. Add parmesan, garlic powder, & egg.

Increase oven to 500°. Spread the chicken onto a new parchment paper.

JAMIL GHAR

Place another sheet of parchment paper on top & roll out the chicken with a rolling pin. Bake for 8 minutes.

Spoon BBQ sauce onto the chicken crust & top with shredded cheese, onions, & bacon; bake for another 8 minutes.

Allow the crust to cool for about 5 minutes & garnish with cilantro to serve.
