Shredded chicken, parmesan cheese, eggs, & garlic powder are the building blocks for BBQ chicken crust pizza. It’s protein-loaded & gives you the feeling of traditional thin crust pizza without all the carbs!

Preheat oven to 350° F & spread the chicken onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.

Remove chicken from the oven & put it in a bowl. Add parmesan, garlic powder, & egg.

Increase oven to 500° F. Spread the chicken onto new parchment paper.

Place another sheet of parchment paper on top & roll it out with a rolling pin. Bake for 8 minutes.

Spoon BBQ sauce onto the chicken & top with cheese, onions, & bacon; bake for 8 minutes.

Let the crust cool for 5 minutes & garnish with cilantro.
