Combine mayonnaise & shoyu in a small bowl. Set it aside.

Line the salmon fillets onto a towel & pat dry to remove moisture.

Set the oven to a low broil & line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the salmon onto it & generously coat them with the mayonnaise mixture.

Broil uncovered for 10-15 minutes until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 125° F (51° C).
