GLUTEN FREE WINGS

Dry the chicken wings using a cloth to remove excess moisture.

Line a baking sheet with a wire rack onto it. Combine baking powder & spices in a bowl. Add the chicken wings to the mixture & toss.

Adjust the rack to the upper middle & preheat the oven to 450° F. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip & bake for 15-30 minutes.

Allow the wings to cool for 10 minutes, then toss them in the mixing bowl with homemade BBQ Sauce.
