GOAT  KARAHI

Add cumin seeds & chilies to ghee.

Add ginger & garlic, & cook until the raw smell fades.

Add salt, pepper, Kashmiri chili powder, cumin, coriander, kalonji seeds & pureed tomatoes.

Lower the heat, cover, & simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Add ginger & garlic, & cook until the raw smell fades.

Add the meat to the tomato masala, along with cilantro.

Garnish with fresh ginger and cilantro, & serve with naan or basmati rice.
