Learn how to cook asparagus in four ways. You can prepare this tasty vegetable on the grill, oven, and stove-top.

METHOD #1: Grilled

1. Preheat the grill. Then, drizzle the asparagus with avocado oil & season with salt & pepper. 2. Add the asparagus to a grill basket & cook for 10 minutes.

METHOD # 2: Oven-Baked

1. Preheat the oven to 400.° Line asparagus onto a baking sheet. Spray with avocado oil & season with salt & pepper.  2. Bake for 8-10 minutes. .

METHOD # 3:  Sautéed

JAMIL GHAR

1. Cut the spears into 2-inch pieces. 2. Warm avocado oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the asparagus & butter, & saute for 3-5 minutes. 3. Season with salt & pepper.

METHOD # 4:  Boiled

JAMIL GHAR

1. Add 1-inch of water to a saute pan, then add salt. Place the asparagus in the pan. Cover & cook for about 3 minutes.   2. Fill a mixing bowl with ice water. Remove the asparagus & add the spears.
