HOW TO COOK BEEF LIVER

Warm ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add onions & cook until caramelized & golden brown.

Add bay leaf, ginger & garlic, & cook for another couple of minutes until the raw smell fades.

Stir in the Kashmiri chili powder, coriander powder, ground cumin, garam masala, & salt.

Lower the heat & add liver to the onion masala. Cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in the yogurt & cook on low for 10 minutes.

Taste & season  with salt.
