How to Prepare Corn Tortillas: 3 Ways

This guide will walk you through how to prepare corn tortillas three ways: dry-heat, pan-fried, and oven baked.

METHOD #1: Dry Heat

1. Set a cast-iron pan over medium-high heat, then add a corn tortilla. Cook for 15-30 seconds. 2. Flip & cook  for 15-30 seconds.

METHOD # 2: Oven- Baked

JAMIL GHAR

1. Preheat oven to 350.° Then, wrap 5 corn tortillas in foil. 2. Set the wrapped tortillas onto a rimmed baking sheet & bake for 10 minutes. .

Method# 3:  Pan-Fried

1. Warm 1/4 cup of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Once the oil is smoking, add the corn tortilla & cook for 15-30 seconds. 3. Flip and cook for 10 seconds. 4. Set the tortillas aside to dry.
