Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

Add butter, Monkfruit, vanilla extract, & egg. Then, stir in flour, baking soda, & salt.

Fold in the chocolate chips. cover, & refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Cover & refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Prepare a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls & line them onto the paper.

Top with a few more chocolate chips & bake for 10-15 minutes.
