Keto Biscuits and Gravy

Keto biscuits & gravy combine rich, tender almond flour biscuits with creamy sausage gravy for the perfect Southern dish with a twist.

Preheat oven to 400° F & line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Then, whisk the eggs & set them aside.

Add almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, & salt to a mixing bowl. Then, stir in the eggs, butter & sour cream.

Use your hands to form a rounded biscuit shape, & then sightly flatten the top with your fingers.

Glaze the tops with melted butter.

Bake for 15 minutes until the biscuits are firm & golden.

While the biscuits are baking, brown the sausage in a saute pan over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.

Return the pan to medium heat & add  heavy cream, water, pepper, salt, garlic powder & corn starch.

Reduce heat to low & return the meat to the pan. Stir to combine, cover, & simmer for another 5 minutes.
