Korean Tteokbokki -Spicy Rice Cakes

There’s something about those chewy & bouncy rice cakes (the texture is unreal) cooked in a sweet & spicy sauce flavored with gochugaru and gochujang.

Add water, fish sauce, & Better than Bouillon to a saucepan.

Combine the Gochujang, Gochugaro, & sugar in a small bowl. Then, add it to the saucepan.

Add the rice cakes & scallions & simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
