LOLLIPOP CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS 

Add garlic, ginger, Kashmiri Chili Powder, salt, black pepper, & garam masala to a mixing bowl & add the lollipops.

Line the drumsticks onto a baking sheet top side down & roast them at 450° F for 15 minutes.

Warm the oil in a saute pan & add the onions, garlic, & ginger. Cook until the onions caramelize.

Stir in the soy sauce, vinegar, water, honey chili powder, Kasuri methi, & salt. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove the lollipops & swirl in the cup. Return to the oven & cook for 10-15 minutes.

Let the drumsticks rest for about 5 minutes before serving, & garnish with fresh cilantro.
