Zucchini  Lasagna

Slice zucchinis length-wise & microwave them for 3 minutes. Drain the excess fluid.

Lightly salt the strips & lay them on a cloth to dry.

Add beef to a skillet & cook over medium heat. Then, add onions & garlic. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Season with dried basil, red pepper flakes, salt, & pepper. Then, stir in the pasta sauce.

Combine the cream cheese & egg in a food processor.

Add a layer of the zucchini to a baking dish.

Next, add a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture.

Layer the beef onto the cheese mixture.

Top with mozzarella cheese & repeat with the remaining ingredients.

Season with dried basil & pepper. Cover & bake for 45 minutes.

Drain excess fluid & bake uncovered for another 15 minutes.
