Add mutton paya, water, ginger, garlic, & onion to a pressure cooker; cover & cook for 1 hour.

Warm ghee in a  skillet & add onion. Cook until onions soften. Then, add the garlic, ginger, bay leaves, chili powder, turmeric, coriander, salt, & garam masala.

JAMIL GHAR

Stir the onion baghar mixture into the paya soup & spoon it into serving bowls. Eat it as is, or pair it with fresh naan.
