Seasoned with a delicious homemade rub, our oven-baked beef ribs cook low & slow; they are tender, juicy, & fall off the bone good.

Preheat the oven to 300°F (148°C). Then, remove the silver membrane (see note) & cut them into slabs of 3-4 bones.

Wrap the ribs in foil & line them onto a baking sheet. Bake on the middle rack for 2 hours.
