Oven-Baked Beef Ribs

Seasoned with a delicious homemade rub, our oven-baked beef ribs cook low & slow; they are tender, juicy, & fall off the bone good.

Preheat the oven to 300° F. Then, prepare the ribs by removing the silver membrane. Coat them on with homemade BBQ rub, & cut them into slabs of 3-4 bones.

Wrap the ribs in foil & line them onto a rimmed baking sheet. Bake on the middle rack for 2 hours.

JAMIL GHAR

Remove the ribs from the foil & brush them with bbq sauce using a pastry brush. Broil on low for 5-8 minutes until they are sizzling.

Allow the ribs to cool before serving.
