Palak Gosht Recipe

Warm the ghee in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the onions & cook until they turn golden brown, for about 20-25 minutes.

Stir in the fresh garlic, ginger paste, tomatoes, salt, Kashmiri chili powder, lal mirch powder, coriander powder, & turmeric. Increase to medium-high heat and cook for 5 minutes.

Nestle the goat & chilies into the pot and cover with water. Cook until the water dries & the goat is tender for 1- 1½ hours.

Add the spinach & cook (bhunify) until any water released from the spinach dries, for about 10 minutes.
