How to Make Blackened Mahi-Mahi 

Blackened mahi mahi uses a Cajun cooking technique called blackening that combine warm spices & butter to flavor the fish.

Salt the fillets & let them sit for 5 minutes. Then, pat  dry.

Lightly coat the fillets with melted butter using a pastry brush.

Combine the ingredients for the blackened seasoning & coat the fish.

Carefully add 1-2 filets to the pan to cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
