Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients: Petite Potatoes Olive Oil Salt Pepper Parsley

Preheat the oven to 425° F (218° C). Add the potatoes to a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil & season.

Roast for 15 minutes. Remove & move the potatoes around. Bake for another 30 minutes.
