Healthy Salmon Bowl

Combine sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, & ginger & add the salmon.Cover & marinate in the fridge.

Drain the excess marinade & add one tablespoon of mayo to the salmon; stir to combine.

Set the oven to broil, & line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper; arrange the salmon onto it.

While the salmon broils, whisk together the ingredients for the dressing and set it aside.
