Shakshuka Recipe

Saute the onion & red bell pepper over medium heat.

Season the vegetables with paprika, cumin, coriander, & chili powder.

Add the peeled tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350° F (176° C).

Add eggs & repeat with the remaining eggs. Finish the dish in the oven & bake for 5-10 minutes.
