Smash Burger Recipe with Ground Turkey

Ingredients:

Use a food scale to portion 4-5 ounces of ground turkey & loosely form them into balls.

Warm butter in a skillet. Add one turkey ball, place the parchment on top & press down until the patty is ¼ thick. Cook for 3-5 minutes.

Remove the press & parchment paper. Flip & sprinkle generously with salt & pepper.

Add cheese slice & cook for another 2-3 minutes. Set the burger aside. Add more butter & repeat with the remaining ingredients.
