Spicy Chicken Parmesan in the Air Fryer


Warm olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions & cook until they soften & become translucent.

Stir the garlic, tomato paste, salt, pepper, & jerk seasoning into the onion mixture; cook until aromatic.

Then crush the canned tomatoes over the pan. Simmer for 10 minutes until the ingredients fully incorporated. Set it aside.

Dredge the chicken breasts in flour.

Then the egg mixture.

Finally, press them into the bread crumbs.

Set the air fryer to 360° F | 182° C. Work in batches & cook for 6 minutes.

Flip the chicken, top it with mozzarella cheese, & cook for another 6 minutes.
