Tandoori Chicken 

Olive oil Yogurt Garlic Paste Ginger Paste Salt Garlic Powder Turmeric Cayenne Pepper Paprika Garam Masala Kashmiri Chili Powder Lemon Juice Red Onion Chicken

Combine the ingredients for the tandoori masala in a food processor.

Make 1-3 slits in the chicken & toss with the tandoori marinade.

Sear on the hottest part of the grill for 5 minutes. Flip & cook for 4-6 minutes.

Move the chicken to the cool side of the grill & cook for 25 minutes. Flip & cook for about 20 minutes.

Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before serving.
