Turkish White Bean Salad

If using dry beans, rinse & soak them in water overnight.

Fill a pot with water until it covers the beans. Bring to a boil, skim the water, & cook for 30-45 minutes.

Drain & toss the beans with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, & pepper. Set aside for 20 minutes.

Drizzle with olive oil & garnish with red onion, tomato, parsley, & a sprinkle of sumac.
