White Bean Turkey Chili

Warm oil in a stock pot; cook onions for 10 minutes.

Stir in the leftover turkey, water, bouillon, green chilies, cumin, paprika, coriander, cayenne, salt, & pepper.

Bring the mixture to a boil. Then, reduce the heat & cook for 15 minutes.

Add cream cheese; stir until the cheese melts. Then, add the corn & beans, and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Finish the soup with lime juice & serve with the toppings of your choice.
