Whisk heavy cream until smooth. Then, add eggs, flour, water, & salt. Whisk it again.

Rest the mixture a room temperature for 30 minutes or overnight for best results.

Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C). Then, add 1 teaspoon of beef dripping, oil, butter, or ghee into the cups.
