  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper, coarse ground
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

  • Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  • Store the spice blend in an airtight container.

  • Leave rib rub on the ribs for at least 4 hours, but overnight is best!
