Serrano Crema

Serrano crema contains serrano chilies, fresh cilantro, a pop of garlic, and a combination of sour cream and yogurt to give the sauce a nice creamy texture. Olive oil, lime juice, and spices finish this sauce you'll want to douse on absolutely everything.

Ingredients
  
  • 3-4 serrano peppers, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt, full-fat
  • cup sour cream
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
Instructions
 
  • Add all of the ingredients, apart from olive oil and seasoning, to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Stir in the olive oil and season with salt and pepper to serve.
