  • 4 tomatoes, finely diced
  • 6 Persian cucumber, finely diced
  • ½ large red onion, finely diced
  • ¼ cup parsley, flat leaf, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
 
  • Finely dice the ingredients and add them to a serving bowl.
  • Toss and combine them with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
