Ingredients
  
  • 6 Persian cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 package grape, cherry, or medley tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • tablespoon olive oil
  • lime juice, ½ lime
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, coarse ground
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 large avocado, cut into cubes
Instructions
 
  • Cut the cucumbers, tomatoes, and cilantro. Transfer them to a serving bowl.
  • Add olive oil, lime juice, fresh garlic, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
  • Cut the avocado into cubes and gently fold them into the salad, careful not to over-mix.
