  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup horseradish
  • ½ lemon, juice
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, coarse ground, to taste
Instructions
 
  • Pour heavy cream into a mixing bowl and whisk until the cream thickens.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
