Indian Mango Lassi

Creamy Indian mango lassi combines fresh mango, tangy yogurt, honey, and freshly ground cardamom to make an easy and refreshing beverage.

Ingredients
  
  • 5 green cardamom, green shells removed, and seeds ground
  • 4 mangos, ripe
  • ½ cup dahi or full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
 
  • Remove the green shell from the cardamom pod, then grind the black seeds into a powder using a mortar and pestle.
  • Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender and process until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into a drinking glass to serve, and enjoy!
Notes
Expert Tips:
  • I use honey to make this recipe, but if you're using mango concentrate, reduce the amount or eliminate it since most store-bought mango concentrates contain sugar.
