  • 8 peaches, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup white sugar,
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • ½ cup butter, melted


  • Preheat the oven to 350°F | 176 ° C. Then, combine the peaches, white sugar, brown sugar, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
  • Empty the peach mixture into a prepared baking dish.
  • Top the peaches with yellow cake mix, and gently press the cake mix into the peaches using a spatula.
  • Pour the melted butter evenly over the top, and press the mixture into the peaches once more. Bake for 1 hour.
  • Let the peach cobbler cool for at least 20 minutes, then serve it with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream or homemade whipped cream, and enjoy!
