Easy Peach Cobbler
Fresh peaches, sugar, cake mix, and butter create a no-fuss, easy peach cobbler that's ready to serve in under an hour.
- 8 peaches, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup white sugar,
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- ½ cup butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 350°F | 176 ° C. Then, combine the peaches, white sugar, brown sugar, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Empty the peach mixture into a prepared baking dish.
Top the peaches with yellow cake mix, and gently press the cake mix into the peaches using a spatula.
Pour the melted butter evenly over the top, and press the mixture into the peaches once more. Bake for 1 hour.
Let the peach cobbler cool for at least 20 minutes, then serve it with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream or homemade whipped cream, and enjoy!
