Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs, about 1 sleeve, plus more for garnish
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 4 Hershey's Bar, plus 2 pieces melted for garnish
  • ½ bag marshmallows, large
Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (162°C). Then, grind the graham crackers in a food processor until fine, and add the melted butter; stir to combine.
  • Press the mixture into a prepared pie plate using the back of a measuring cup or spoon and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Allow the crust to cool, and line Hersey's bars onto the pie crust in 1-2 layers, depending on how chocolatey you want it to be.
  • Layer the marshmallows over the chocolate. Arrange the oven rack to the lower or middle position. Place the pie in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until the marshmallows are puffed and golden brown.
  • Drizzle with melted chocolate and top with graham crackers to serve.
Notes
Expert Tips
  • Arrange the oven rack to the lower or middle position to prevent the marshmallows from scorching.
  • You may be tempted to broil the pie to speed up the cooking process but don't. It will catch fire. Unfortunately, I know this from experience. I make mistakes over here, so you don't have to.
