  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • lemon juice, 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons white miso paste
  • cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper, coarse ground
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast
  • ¼ cup olive oil
Instructions
 
  • Peel, cut, and finely mince the fresh garlic. Transfer it to an airtight container or small bowl.
  • Add the lemon juice, white miso paste, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, kosher salt, black pepper, and nutritional yeast to the garlic, and whisk to combine.
  • Slowly pour in the olive oil while whisking the ingredients together to emulsify.
