Ingredients
  
  • 1 shallot, finely diced
  • 1-2 fresno chilies, seeds and stems removed, finely diced
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½  cup fresh parsley,  finely chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro,  finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup olive oil
Instructions
 
  • Combine the shallots, chilies, garlic, parsley, and cilantro in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the lemon juice and salt; stir to combine.
  • Slowly pour in the olive oil while stirring the mixture. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
