Few things are as satisfying as juicy meatballs, and if you need a convenient one-pot meal, these Instant Pot frozen meatballs are so easy to make!

  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 24 ounces frozen meatballs, fully cooked
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced, for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
 
  • Add the beef broth and teriyaki sauce to the Instant Pot. Then, add the meatballs over the top.
  • Secure the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 5 minutes, with a quick release.
  • Remove the lid and transfer the meatballs to a serving dish. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and scallions, and enjoy.
Notes
Expert Tips:
  • Add the beef broth and teriyaki sauce to the Instant Pot before topping it with the frozen meatballs. Leave the sauce on the bottom and don't stir until they finish cooking to avoid a burn notification.
  • Cook the meatballs in your favorite sauce. Use teriyaki sauce as we do, or try pasta sauce (sugo al pomodoro), barbecue sauce, or make your own.
  • Don't overcrowd the Instant Pot. If you add too many meatballs, they won't cook evenly.
