Prepare a baking dish and spoon the mixture into the baking dish. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes.
Remove the dish from the oven and stir to break up the cream cheese and combine the ingredients. Then top it with parmesan cheese and bake for 3-5 minutes until the cheese starts to bubble and turn golden brown.
